      Pros

      - Competitive pay in Canada - Fully remote - 5 weeks of vacation

      Cons

      - Great workplace a year ago but it's declined substantially recently - Re-orgs have brought on disconnected management/leadership - People are fired without clear communication or reasoning - Lack of psychological safety with the new changes, people don't want to take ownership because they worry it'll hurt them in the future

      An overwhelmingly positive environment!

      Pros

      Being fully remote with a wide range of benefits, 1Password sets their employees up to have an enjoyable work experience and it's easy to get on board with their mission of securing people online - which is relatively philanthropic for a tech company. Management and the executive leadership team really do take feedback well and prioritize the team's well being.

      Cons

      They consistently pay below industry standard, and the go-to-market sector of the company has a slightly higher intensity to it that is distinct and separate from the rest of the company.
