Senior management is inexperienced and not much to learn. As you move up leadership, the less money is made.

I've been extremely impressed at the quality of work done by every team at 1Password. This is truly a world-class team. Everyone is professional, diligent, and helpful as well. I feel extremely privileged to get to work here!

Cons

Occasional growing pains from rapid hiring, but that's to be expected.
