      Pros

      They put an incredible amount of emphasis on ensuring work-life balance for all their employees while offering great support and development resources and materials. The flexibility they offer as an organization makes it fun and rewarding without being overly stressful, especially when life can get in the way.

      Cons

      The first week can be overwhelming as you aren't given a ton of direction outside of the meetings but they do provide you with an in depth list of what training and meetings need to be completed.
