In my time at 1Password, management and my team have been so supportive! 1Password sets you up to succeed by giving you plenty of training to learn your tasks/responsibilities while at the same time reminding you to be patient with yourself as you learn new processes. The Benefits are amazing, PTO is very generous and there seems to be a lot of space to be creative within my position.

Cons

I have not run into any cons!

I didn't think it was possible to be part of a remote first company where I feel so connected to my peers. This is such an incredible place to work, everyone is so positive and always willing to lend a helping hand. This company truly understands work life balance. The training put into place is so well thought out. I feel so fortunate to have joined a company that aways looks to do the right thing for their staff, they truly care and thats what differentiates them from the rest of the companies out there.

Cons

This is crazy to say but I would have to think long and hard to find one.
