-Opportunities for growth (a lot of companies promote this as means to attract talent, but here at 1Password regardless of how long you have been with the company there are opportunities to grow within your department or even transition to another team within, and you see this a lot here.) - There is a great and supportive culture where we come together to celebrate one another achievements. Whether you hit monthly target. celebrate your work anniversary, birthday, or someone was promoted on the team. There is a genuine feeling of love, empathy, and support. - For being 100% remote I was surprised to see how well we do as a company to stay connected, and their are periodic meetups (activities) with other employees in your area. - Upper management is very humble and approachable. They welcome your ideas. questions, and willingness to reach out. Everyone has a voice. - There is a lot of flexibility with your schedule and managers are willing to work with you.

One of the best environments I’ve worked at in my career so far. 1Password’s career page says that kindness is a necessity and its true. Everyone you work with is extremely nice and the internal culture is very inclusive and empathetic. The company is still early in its product roadmap and this space is due for significant growth in the future still so it is really an exciting place to be at this time. Other pros: -Flexible remote first environment -One of the smoothest onboarding processes and good internal documentation.
