- Nice folks - Ask the right people and they will go out of their way to impart knowledge - Work is fun - Work life balance

Cons

- Not every experienced developer has time to offer help all the time, got to pick the right time - May not be working on high impact projects all the time, depending on team - Not too much interaction with PrdM to guide development
