      Incredibly genuine leadership that cares about employee well-being and a very responsive HR team that plans awesome initiatives & events Communication and transparency is a priority Flexible virtual environment Everyone internalizes the be kind mentality and is helpful and friendly, wants to work together Everyone is clearly strapped in and excited about the company trajectory Diversity representation is excellent throughout the organization & leadership

      Only the common pains of a rapidly growing company like feeling disoriented when everything moves so quickly and there's dozens of people joining per week, and everyone is always super busy so there's a lot of self-teaching and self-starting at the onset

      - Interesting and challenging work without the weight of micromanagement or too big of workload. - Engineering team has fantastic culture of continuous improvement, especially knowledge sharing. - Inclusive and diverse team and culture. - A focus on doing good for community and doing right by users always.

      - Typical cons for any technical company or team: no one is immune to the vagaries and realities of software development, no matter how great the culture is. - Remote work isn't for everyone, you will need to put in the work to gel with your team.

      1Password (aka Agilebits) has been around for a long time, and has a very strong emphasis on making the world's best password manager, and the build the best company culture while they are at it.

      Explosive growth is a double-edged sword; so much to do, but so much fun.
