Benefits are amazing! Holiday parties are phenomenal!

Cons

Standing up for yourself against bullying coworkers or management on basic human dignity expectations will get a target on your back. Hatred across departments within the company so if you transfer to another department you will get pushed out.

Pros

Great people to work with, lots of learning opportunities, and can bring your dog to work. Adapted well during covid and inflation initially. Great culture.

Cons

Unsure of what the bank's growth strategy is, technology could use some updating to keep up with competitors, and adapt better to the quick growth. Pay is on the low end with minimal raises compared to most in the banking industry, and quickly becoming below a livable wage. Work from home opportunities and work/life balance is becoming rare, contrary to competitors in the area. Many things are piece-meal together, departments are silos. Common to work harder, not smarter when there are ways to reduce the amount of work and remain more efficient than the way things are now.
