Pros

The community and unity we share as coworkers! It feels like everyone is friends with each other. Benefits are good. Lots of fun activities and team bonding in general. There is lots of opportunities grow within the bank if that's what you choose to do.

Cons

No overtime opportunities. As inflation increases the pay is starting to become less livable but at least it's more than minimum wage.

Pros

The little people, the coworkers are fab.

Cons

Management is delusional & profit hungry- employee appreciation has disappeared. Austerity rules the budget despite consta t profit increases quarterly.

Pros

You don’t have to do much at this job, once you get to a permanent post you can reasonably know what to expect. Some sites will have you stand all day, some you can do whatever you want as long as you do your patrols every half hour.

Cons

They move you around a lot as a new hire and you might be shorted on hours for a little while because of it. It might take a few weeks up to a couple months to finally get moved into a permanent spot. Boss is pretty trigger happy with write ups and trying to get direct deposit is a hassle
