Cons

It is a startup, so you must be ready to shift and wear dozens of different hats. Be ready to be uncomfortable at times and welcome new challenges.

Pros

21CT offers employees an underlying ability to grow in their current positions. There is a strong sense of accomplishment shown in everything that we do in our daily work. 21CT makes it easy to realize your potential and in terms of work ceiling, there is none.

Cons

21CT is still trying to figure out somethings but this is to be expected when setting up new functions within the company.

Pros

21CT is the type of place where doers excel and successes--individual and team--are celebrated. The company is enjoying a great period of growth and opportunity, creating a lot of space for initiative and individual leadership to be demonstrated and appreciated. What's more, the industries and type of work the company does make you feel like you're working on the right side of things and contributing to societal good. That's cool.

Cons

Some growing pains maturing processes, but you notice management takes these things seriously and is paying attention.
