      Pros

      Great colleagues. Really feel like you are working for a "purpose". Great place to "accelerate" your career as you meet a ton of people in the digital ecosystem across Europe and even in Silicon Valley.

      Cons

      Brand visibility of EIT DIgital needs to be improved. The organisation is doing great things but not enough people know about it.
