Pros

Not even a single, even management knows that.

Cons

1. Lack of projects 2. Managers have mastery in making fool of employees 3. Account department is like government office. 4. They hired 20 people in ReactJS but only 4 of them are really in React. Rest are working in backpone. Reason being they are not able to get projects. 5. Hire and fire is so common. 6. Best increment will be of 5%, 90, 000.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I would also like to take this chance to comment on your points. Lack of Projects :- We never had the Scarcity of the projects and moreover we have recently added many new Logos to our account, for more you can visit our website. Managers have mastery in making fool of employees:- Our agenda has always been to have a professional touch with each Member. We believe in a work culture where every individual is given equal opportunity of growth. We strongly believe in treating each team member our organisation with dignity and respect. Account Department is like Government office:-Not Sure of this part but if you have any specific concern, feel free to send your concern to talentengagement-india@3pillarglobal.com They hired 20 people in ReactJS but only 4 of them are really in React. Rest are working in backpone. Reason being they are not able to get projects - This is not true and our ReactNative members are involved in React Projects.. They have a strong future in our organisation as any other team members. Hire and fire is so common:- Firing is not our strategy. As our organisation is growing, our focus is in hiring right team members who can be part of the growth. Best increment will be of 5%, 90, 000 - We follow a conscious and professional approach in our yearly appraisal which includes market standard, individual performance, future potential and domain knowledge. I am sure there is a strong reason of 5% salary increase in your case. Stop being dictator. Try listen to your employees. India management is worst and full of politics:- We strive to reach everyone through our best strategies. We are known for our best work culture where we believe in transparency, openess, treating each other with dignity and respect, giving opportunity to grow, investing in growth of our people and developing a high performing team hence it is hard to believe that our management is full of politics. As an organization, we sincerely believe that we should learn from mistakes and challenges that we face and this will be no different. Again- thank you for the time you took to provide the feedback. Pros

No working hours regulation. That's it

Cons

Don't have good projects. Hire n fire is so common. Takes so much time to settle down fnf. My process is still going on even after 3 months of relieving. Worst employer. Senior management will treat you like a puppet. They will make you work on a obsolete technology even if you don't know about that.

We would like to apprise that we have added many new logos this year, for more details you can visit our website. We have a set process to clear the Full and Final of our ex colleagues. Ideally an ex employee gets his/her full and final within 20 working days from leaving the organisation provide he/she has completed the no dues formalities before leaving. We have gone through the data of employees who left us in last 6 months and there is no case where the settlement is pending since 3 months. As an organisation, we believe in working on cutting edge technology and continuously work with our clients to move to new technology.
