Pros

- Some real good brand names, large clients. - Great work for technology people. - Some exceptional talent. - Good salary.

Cons

- Overall company growth is very much same in last 2 years. - Not focussed on growing internal people. No effort on building team culture. - Work environment is too challenging. - Too much bureaucracy, slow decision-making.

Pros

Its a great family atmosphere. The people are great. Management does take your career into account and helps you grow in your career.

Cons

The challenge is that it acts very much like a start up so that things are constantly changing because there has not been a process put in place. Just going through growing pains

High school with a nervous principal

Pros

Strong sector, lots of investment capital - which is unusual for a firm in this sector

Cons

Highly political - comes from the top. CEO chooses odd loyalties and related sources to listen to and believe. There is a level of intrigue in the hallways. Lots of management departures, voluntary and involuntary, from 2011-2013. Techies with families like it because the pay is 10-20% higher than market, health benefits paid for entire family. But this is Hotel California. Recommended for tech professional who wants a good paying jobs and benefits but who is prepared to look the other way on culture and management.
