      Pros

      - Dedicated management, acting with integrity - Continuous improvement of working conditions and processes - Excellent people in all teams - Structured processes, not perfect but much better than other companies - Best recruiting process I've seen so far - Very good learning programs

      Cons

      I don't want to say anything bad about 3Pillar, as no company on the market is perfect. This one is also not perfect, but managers are trying their best to scale it to its growth rate. There are no flagrant CONS to this company, the management there just has to make small adjustments to make 3Pillar even better.

      Pros

      High adherence to stated values, especially integrity. Management genuinely cares about employees. It's a fun environment. Very good clients and projects. The company does innovative work for big names, like Geico and Capital One as well as some smaller companies.

      Cons

      The company is still working through some typical growing pains like building infrastructure. There is daily improvement in areas like systems and processes. Communication isn't always consistent.
