      - Some real good brand names, large clients. - Great work for technology people. - Some exceptional talent. - Good salary.

      Cons

      - Overall company growth is very much same in last 2 years. - Not focussed on growing internal people. No effort on building team culture. - Work environment is too challenging. - Too much bureaucracy, slow decision-making.

      - We have flexible work timings because of which its easy to manage our schedule. - Anytime management is approachable. You dont have to think before knocking their door.

      Cons

      - sometimes the work pressure is high so that it requires late sittings.
