Good learning environment and self responsibility. Good help in functionality from on site people.

Cons

Working culture is not good . Bad comments by people . No respect to girl as well , still we have work from 8 am to night 10 PM even we are girl. High pressure less pay and no com off in week days. Upper level person like PM, to are worst. Even of without te helical knowledge started work. No increment and no appraisal.
