      There is no pros to join this company except putting you life in hell

      Cons

      They have worst management and not reliable. During the offer they show thousand of dreams to make the candidate mind and getting the LCA using his papers and do not give proper salary after the joining.

      As 3i Infotech is proving the support to ICICI bank so we are getting large platform and exposure to work.

      No salary increaments in the reason of finacial unstability of company.
