      Great non managers and horrible managers

      Pros

      The non management staff is great and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management is out for themselves. They treat others like "wiping boys" and nothing is said to them but if you push back on them then you are the one punished.

      Pros

      Not very many pros here, you meet a few people and become friends and some managers are lenient on giving requested time off. Paid time off on selected Holidays

      Cons

      -Low pay for the amount of work your expected of (considering the laborers employed by our anonymous contractor got paid 5 dollars more an hour to do the same work because 4m has a useless union in my and many other employee opinions) -Corporate Management at 4m gives very poor performance for the employees, they arent concerned for your issues, just ones that affect the company. -Don't expect any recognition for your dedication, no matter how much you do or how many times you show up or how many rules you follow, you will still be fired for reasons that are not never fully understood by corporate because they never investigate an issue, they always react first -Oh and did i mention? no benefits offered at 4m at all! they have a 3rd party insurance supplier and its completely worthless benefits. prepare to spend a third of your pay for below average coverage.

      Pros

      Not good. So I started the middle of October 2025 and quit by the end of month. The problem with this place is there is no proper direction due to staffing issues. If you work nights as a commercial cleaner you will be trained by a complete (*** hole. ) The work is unbearable. The work work you will be doing is just unhuman. Take my advice are you will be sorry. Today I quit because it was way to much mentally.

      Place is horrible. Very very very bad management.
