      Pros

      Takes care of the front line team member. Pay better than industry average wages. Makes me feel the company wants all it’s team members to find a place where their most comfortable. Effective utilization of Industrial innovation technology separates them from every other company. Team member incentive programs and safety are 2nd to none. Management is respectful and incentivized services.

      Cons

      Hiring is challenged by the company’s current growth spurt.

      Being able to work on your own

      Cons

      No raises, 6 day work week. I cleaned a bank and they expected it done in an hour. They didn't pay for all time worked. Adequate supplies were not provided. They expected you to take home rags and mops to wash. A lot of work for little money. It really isn't worth your time, paid $11 an hour, clean an entire bank 12 times for $130 ,no thanks
