      Pros

      Good Benefits and Discount. Some good people, not all though.

      Cons

      Director and supervisor were horrendous. Lazy Lazy Lazy. Leads and employees given all their responsibilities. No direction and support. Supervisor and Director caught arguing in front of employees. Director fake as heck, arrogant attitude as he is untouchable. Supervisor can’t be found and lies through her teeth and yells at people. Many complaints to hr but director in good with them, so don’t go to hr to hr to complain you may become a target. We’ve personally seen it.

      Pros

      Employee discount/holiday pay Honestly spend sometime thinking of pros but there are so few.

      Cons

      Does practice what they preach. Refuses to honor veterans and first responders with a simple discount. You try looking at an old Vet in the eyes and telling them there is no discount for them… on Veterans Day. Treats employees terrible and company will never give you a decent raise. You’ll be lucky if you can pay your bills on a 5.11 salary Bonus structure is ridiculous and hard to reach. Top management gets all the money and it doesn’t seem to trickle down to the ACTUAL People running the store on the ground. Top management will only see you as another body and not for the hard worker you are. You will never be praised for your hard work and will be quickly “disciplined” if you slip up slightly in anyway.

      A paycheck that you might be able to survive off of if your lucky

      Cons

      They will work you to death and don't really care about your own health & well-being. The HR team is a joke and have no clue what they are doing. They will for sure talk the talk, but if you make a tiny mistake especially due to lack of training they will blame you for it, when it's really 5.11 that to blame for lack of proper training.
