Pros

The people at the top have seen issues and rectified them quickly. The company is actively working to get even better with the direction it's heading. I'm so happy I got on board when I did. I have a great and supportive DM and I can even speak with my RM and above and im treated like im bothering them. They are just there to help.

Cons

Of course there are "cons" but they are minimal. Small things on the store front side can be frustrating sometimes but we are working to just get better every day. More importantly our VP sees them as well and is actively working to fix them.

Thank you for this. It’s encouraging to hear that the changes being made are showing up in a meaningful way. There’s still work to do, but leadership has been more intentional about listening and moving things forward. It’s the kind of feedback that helps keep the momentum going.

small teams, flexible schedules, great discount, customers are typically easy going.

Cons

work life balance opportunities, chaotic higher management, zero training, ultimatums are the norm when you cannot fulfill a task or extra job request.

Purpose driven. Hired based on values with training skills. Cool environment. Lots of opportunity. Entrepreneurial and empowering.

Cons

Not really a con, but it is fast pace. They expect people to perform and take responsibility. You can’t really coast here. You have to bring your game.
