      small teams, flexible schedules, great discount, customers are typically easy going.

      Cons

      work life balance opportunities, chaotic higher management, zero training, ultimatums are the norm when you cannot fulfill a task or extra job request.

      Purpose driven. Hired based on values with training skills. Cool environment. Lots of opportunity. Entrepreneurial and empowering.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it is fast pace. They expect people to perform and take responsibility. You can’t really coast here. You have to bring your game.

      Pros

      CEO has an incredible vision of where he is talking the brand. It's not about changing the brand but evolving to invite more people into the brand. New executives running retail are clear, inspiring and thoughtful. We are changing but it is much needed.

      Cons

      Work life balance is hard to come by. Hours are long and not enough resources to do the work.
