Pros

I started at 5.11 Tactical as a Service Specialist at one of the highest volume stores in the company and dived straight into Ship from Store operations and feel in love with it. I was welcomed with open arms from colleagues, supervisors and district managers. This company puts the customer first and takes care of their employees.

Cons

I would love to see more team members put in decision making or advisory boards, as I experienced this in college.

The people at the top have seen issues and rectified them quickly. The company is actively working to get even better with the direction it's heading. I'm so happy I got on board when I did. I have a great and supportive DM and I can even speak with my RM and above and im treated like im bothering them. They are just there to help.

Cons

Of course there are "cons" but they are minimal. Small things on the store front side can be frustrating sometimes but we are working to just get better every day. More importantly our VP sees them as well and is actively working to fix them.

Thank you for this. It’s encouraging to hear that the changes being made are showing up in a meaningful way. There’s still work to do, but leadership has been more intentional about listening and moving things forward. It’s the kind of feedback that helps keep the momentum going.
