Most of the coworkers are alright

Cons

A company that advertises kindness but doesn’t show it. It’s ran by unqualified young people with no empathy or compassion for others. Your manager will not care about you whether you are sick, you may be forced to work even if you can barely stand. At least that was my experience. You will also be blamed by management for issues that they caused, and if a manager doesn’t like you, they will let you know. Maybe you will even get laid off with no explanation.

- Too much gossip - Rotating shift positions (bad for me because I rarely got to make drinks since I was always out outside taking orders or payments) - too many people were hired so I didn’t get many hours - was told we can make up to $20 an hour but only made $10 with tips - Expected to hang out after work at all times, which can cause high school drama if you always decline
