Fun environment but obvious favoritism and limited growth opportunities

Fun environment, never boring, expectations are clear, products are very good and consistent, training and culture is solid and standardized

Cons

Lots of favoritism from leadership and it's obvious, staffing problems, it's run by teenagers and twenty-somethings so can't expect much, growth opportunities are limited by your first week working if you're chosen as a "favorite", very cliquey and can feel like high school
