Pros

Team building, everyday is a new project in the stores, working with a large variety of people and bringing out the best in them and the stores.

Cons

long hours, sometimes unrealistic goals, not every store is the same and should be viewed as such and not grouped in the same category.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Macro-management. Good compensation. Company Car. Quarterly Bonus. Get to build great relationships with corporate and franchise individuals.

Cons

Can sometimes be high demand on time (50 + hrs a week). Difficult to move up unless you're willing to move to Dallas, TX. Health Benefits are not great.

Pros

Benifits were good but the more you give them, the more they want, with no recognition

Cons

no work life ratio at all, you work a minimum 10 hour day out in the field to only come home to answer emails, phone calls, read reports, prep to do it all over the next day
