Pros

Insurance is the only benefit of being a corporate employee

Cons

This company is horrible! They hire a bunch people to fill corporate stores just to lease them as franchises. They have no respect or even value their employees. When they lay you off from corporate stores they give you no notice you only find out ON YOUR LAST DAY! the hr department is the only way to get simple tasks like pay correct and the higher ups are so out of touch with what's going on in the stores that the hardworking people get no recognition. If you want to be on-call all night, under appreciated, under paid, and want to work for horrible people this is the place to go 😉

Pros

There's really not many pros for working at a Franchised 7-Eleven. no benefits, you start at $7.50. it's a good first job just to gain some experience, but that's about it.

Cons

Everything about 7-Eleven. They don't offer you much.
