Pros

Visible results Decent Bonus structure Freedom Flexibility Size allows for ease of vacations and time off Growth is attainable and encouraged Training program is thorough User friendly set up, all in store tasks can be taught and assigned to even the lowest associate

Cons

Amount of daily paperwork Requests of upper management result in a "has to be now" mentality Communication from Home office to operations is spotty, mainly due to lack of concern from the human error Constant changes based on contracts with other companies

Pros

my pay was good , i put in a lot of overtime. i felt the harder i worked the more it showed up on your paycheck.

Cons

you are your own janitor . we kept the store clean but corporate was never happy. the area my store was in was full of people who were heavy on drugs so we had to deal with a lot of theft and people trying to sell drugs outside . also my dm was rude didnt care about employees or anything .
