      Pros

      It was fun working with both Franchise and Corporate owned stores. If you focus on build profit for the stores you will be successful. Most store associates are willing to learn and are willing to follow instructions.

      Cons

      Upper management only pay attention to the bigger franchisees. They do not allow field management to really develop the single store owners or even the corporate owned stores. As field management you must spend most of your time in your multiple owner stores.

      Pros

      Free drinks and some really nice customers.

      Cons

      Everything rest... Long standing hours... No growth... No holidays... Lot of work including cleaning, handling customers, prepare hot food then clean utensils and later do a plus sell to sell everything, sweeping, mopping, shoplifters, paper work, inventory management....etc etc and only 2 sales associates in a single shift... They are increasing more work by adding new products and services without any raise in salary.

      Pros

      Better then staying unemployed, You get free Coffee and Slurpee if that's matter.

      Cons

      They treat you like slave. FC and MM except Store manager to work 12 hours a day and 7 days a week. No proper management training, they only teach you to mop floor , clean toilets and do cleaning in 8 week training . Mostly FC are people who with company for 20-30 years. So they do not care for any human right, labour law. As you can not do anything to them, they all unite to kick any store manager, ASM etc if they not happy .
