Pros

My boyfriend works here, and it is an easy job for an employer that will work around your schedule.

Cons

Standing all day, no breaks, expected to run all day, only one person working all the pumps except sometimes on weekends, if there is no one to cover your lunch you simply don't get one, poor management, threats to deduct company mistakes from your wages even though you're already making minimum wage, not allowed to sit down when there are no customers despite standing all day because it is a "poor reflection of the company," never given any information on benefits available, there a month before trained how to use the register, originally paid by a pre-paid card for the first month until direct deposit was set up, not allowed to leave the pumps to go to the bathroom, given the schedule sometimes a day before it starts, but then expected to give 3 weeks notice if you need a day off, high turnover rate, no reviews, inconsistent

Pros

Weekly paycheck. Training Program for quick advancement. No background check. (Franchise) I assumed since I had all food industry experience with McDonalds their #1 competitor I got the job. I believe that they wanted me to gain experience in the convenience store industry but if I prove my worth and experience I will advance into management within six months..

Cons

Long hiring process. Took six weeks for sales associate position.
