Long hours depends on who you work for the pay is good I wish they would hire different people different from a different culture.

Pros

For the most part working with good people. Being a part of the local community. Exposure to running a franchise, this means running a store like an owner.

Cons

7-Eleven is in the business of selling stores not keeping them within the corporation. So if you are hired at a corporate location, unless its a training center, there runs a good chance that your location will eventually be sold to a franchisee. The manager I worked with had me running all the operations while he covered the floor. It's very frustrating to be in this position and not have the title or the pay that goes with the stress.

Pros

Car. Every day is different.

Cons

People are promoted for the sake of being promoted. Some promotions do not "fit" the employees strengths and thus cannot flourish. Bosses tend to have one of two management styles. One prominent one being "manipulative."
