Pros

Flexible hours and able to come in later if an emergency comes up. Learning a lot about retail and the 7 11 business.

Cons

Owner does not pay time and a half when working overtime and does not pay for all hours worked. This is a franchise owner 711 needs to come get her.

Pros

Flexible schedule, little direct supervision, growing company

Cons

Little flexibility in time spent per store, for example iif I want to spend more time at a store with issues, it is hard todo so. Way to much email and doing business with ourselves instead of taking care of the customers. Can only move up in company if willing to relocate to Dallas, TX

Pros

co workers, and leaving the company with your sanity.

Cons

This company is too big to be competitive in many markets. Better managed regional chains have overtaken 7-Eleven in facilities, service, people, location, and products offered. Our Market was full of old stores, never remodeled -many in "ghetto" neighborhoods. Stores are constantly being robbbed, and there is constant crime, thefts, drug deals, etc.
