Pros

co workers, and leaving the company with your sanity.

Cons

This company is too big to be competitive in many markets. Better managed regional chains have overtaken 7-Eleven in facilities, service, people, location, and products offered. Our Market was full of old stores, never remodeled -many in "ghetto" neighborhoods. Stores are constantly being robbbed, and there is constant crime, thefts, drug deals, etc.

Pros

Culture of stupidity allows for recognition. Accomplish something once a month and not be hassled.

Cons

Merchandising is horrible, no initiative or spark, no understanding of personal growth. Treatment of suppliers is poor and abusive. Offices are old and worn. Senior management not in touch with employees. Depressing days.
