Pros

Can be relatively easy to get a lot of hands-on experience if you work hard and are a go-getter. If you're interested in learning, you can get great experience that will make you more competitive when applying for jobs at the next level Small business atmosphere when working for a franchise

Cons

Customers. The stores attract the "good, bad, and ugly". Be prepared to deal with drunks, irrational people, even potentially violent people. However, I met some truly wonderful people there as well. 24-7. Be prepared to get a phone call at 4am from the overnight worker saying he's sick and has to leave. Good luck.

Pros

Good Pay but you will not be happy. Terrible place to work

Cons

Really poor management. Bottom line rules over all ethics. The Asset Protection Department turned from a great department to an internal collection agency for the company strictly there to charge back the hard working franchisees for anything and everything. New AP management team is really bad. Don't be fooled by aggressive AP hiring-really bad place to work
