Pros

I was able to excel pretty fast with the help of previous managers.

Cons

Had a manager that didn't train me properly and had very bad people skills. And the field consultant did not want to stand behind the employee.

Pros

Flexible schedule with the ability to work either independently or with a team. Competitive salary and a worldwide organization for maximum advancement potential.

Cons

Many tasks to juggle at one time. Everything tends to be a top priority. Initiatives are started then not followed through on or change midstream. Centralization has actually led to a decline in essential communication to the field.
