      -New looking, well organized store. -Health benefits

      Cons

      -Inadequate training -Looking for a reason to fire you because jobs are scarce -Hot foods are prepared in unsanitary conditions and are rarely (if ever) fresh -Area is often roamed by drug dealers prostitutes, and addicts

      Pros

      I am new to the retail industry. The training was good, and I learned a lot here. I love my supervisors and I get a long with my fellow co-workers.

      Cons

      Poor treatment of employees in general. No recognition of a job well done. No raises and low starting pay. The corporate people are too hard on our bosses and on us. They do not listen to employee dissatisfaction or seem to care.
