Pros

Get experience running multiple unit operations and get understanding of the useful tools and systems they are the best in retail industry. Once you know how to implement on store level and have understanding of Retailer Iniative. You can get another opportunity better salary in no time with another retailer. If you have military background you can go far with company. Will have flexibility with schedule to maintain quality of life. Great learning environment. Good people to work with it.

Cons

No growth in local area have to relocate to Dallas. Meetings are a waste of time. Company focus constantly changing Operations is backbone of company but those that run the company have no experience in operations so there is a disconnect with the field. Lack of diversity in leaderhip. Elimination of 401k matching Reduced bonus structure

Pros

Excellent training and promotion process. They give you the tools to be succesfull are provided but you have to use them. The opportunity to be well compensated is based on your individual performance. The opportunity to learn how to run a business and promote is unlimited.

Cons

The only Con I can think of is the Company as a whole has really forgotten their most valuable asset. This is the Customers and the Sales Associates. It used to be all about the employee and the customer. Due to the economy, they have made cuts that really cost the customer. Sales associates are no longer offered good benefits and the pay rates are a bit below competitive.
