Pros

You're in charge of managing and stocking items around the store. As well as helping customers with whatever they need.

Cons

The only con is the customers that are very unsatisfied. They may become aggressive for the smallest things but throughout it all, you have to maintain a positive attitude and solve the problem inmmediately.

Pros

- Friendly work atmosphere - Convenient office location if you're not out in the far suburbs - Full Bonus paid almost every year

Cons

- The difficulty of your work and effort you put in will be taken for granted - A lot of hand-wringing which leads to last-minute decision making - When that last minute decision making fails to produce results, the finger pointing begins
