Pros

Zero, absolutely zero good things to say.

Cons

Market managers tell you what you want to hear by telling you that you are the best consultant but not having your back when it counts. Never just 1 priority, more like everything is a priority. I was a consultant and I use that term loosely. I was more of a salesman/policeman. Holding franchisees accountable to an agreement that was very one sided. Decent salary but no work life balance

Pros

The only pro I can think of is the amount of hours they will schedule you for.

Cons

The top cons of working here are the outrageous expectations in return for only $10/hr! This position requires you to work the cash register, put away hundreds of products almost daily, cook food, serve the food, and various cleaning tasks. The two biggest cons to working here are the mandatory 8 hour shifts and NO BREAKS. This company doesn't care about their employees.

Pros

Fun, busy, smells wonderful, good healthy food

Cons

Hot, sometimes yr relief won't show, doing dishes, mopping floors. Taking out garbage.
