Pros

Decent compensation, room for advancement, quick paced.

Cons

Hours are cut forcing people to be overworked and trapped in single civersge shifts for longer than scheduled. Managers bicker and are out to sabatoge each other. The environment is negative, and training is sink or swim. After months of working there employees don't know the basics because they were never trained.

Pros

Free coffee and fountain drinks, while working.

Cons

Not enough associates on each shift. Pressured to upsell same items to same customers day after day. Management disappears in the back of the store most of the day.

Pros

They pay well to babysit people who don’t care about cleaning up there businesses. They give you a car and phone. The training bonus is $4,250.

Cons

You clean and lift heavy merchandise and clean some more. Some of the business owners are very unhappy, but do little to help themselves. Training is 1.5 years long and includes running a store.
