Pros

Great people. Digital organization is newly formed - startup culture and good opportunities. Competitive pay and benefits. Able to work closely with the management.

Cons

Not any I can think of. Some of the IT processes, platforms were very old and they are being worked on. So its a positive change there.

Pros

Free shirts, if you can get them. They do pay. They are always hiring. Easy to get on with. No love

Cons

Low pay, extra hours, do not work for them unless you have no other options. They will work you to death.

Pros

Can choose my own schedule

Cons

Net profit is very low. The more you sell the less you make and more 7-eleven corporate pockets. A company that uses tactics through threaten its franchisees and employees. No moral values at all
