Pros

benefits, and management willing to give you the time off when you ask for a specific date.

Cons

Management lack of leadership and people skills. Very busy during shift 1, don't have time to take a break. Forget lunch! No break area for employees you have to either go in the small back room which is a bad idea because your break can be easily interrupted or go outside the store and just stand in the parking lot. Not allowed to go in your Car to take a break. Too many rules imposed by the management, rules that i have never seen written coming from 7-eleven policies.

Pros

- Friendly work atmosphere - Convenient office location if you're not out in the far suburbs - Full Bonus paid almost every year

Cons

- The difficulty of your work and effort you put in will be taken for granted - A lot of hand-wringing which leads to last-minute decision making - When that last minute decision making fails to produce results, the finger pointing begins
