Pros

They give great benefits, such as a free car with free business gas. They give $50 a month for a cell phone. You can make your own schedule.

Cons

They don't treat employees with respect. The salary is not competitive, in 2009 they didn't give anyone raises. A lot of times as a district manager, you have to deliver posters and stickers to store, so you feel like a mail man.

Pros

If you like an incredibly flexible work schedule and no direct oversight this job is for you. Great pay for the limited hours you have to put in.

Cons

Not challenging, often boring. If you are looking to develop yourself in the business world this is not the place to be.

Pros

Wonderful coworkers the rule rather than the exception

Cons

7-Eleven, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Japanese corporation. Over the years, the company's autonomy has eroded, and it seems business decisions are made to the best advantage of Tokyo rather than US operations. There's a loss of esprit de corps and business continuity.
