Pros

-Pay was better than average.

Cons

-What company asks all it's employees to not have beards (back office or customer facing)? The CEO needs to get over their personal issues with beards. This is 2021 and you should not have to use a religious reason to have facial hair. -Next to ZERO maternity/paternity leave. Company still stuck in the same decade when it was founded and female employment was not widespread. -You have to wear company logo shirts which you have to pay for. -48 hour work week. 7AM-5PM no matter what department -Immediate management is an exclusive club, where members were poached from the same company. If you are not from there then you will not feel welcomed. Completely OK for someone to not even acknowledge your greeting because they were 'busy'. -Getting lunch means a 12-15 mile round trip. -Only people that defend the company are the one's that have not worked for another corporate workplace for decades (or this is their first).
