Excellent training program. Promotions are from within. Promotions are based on performance. Team atmosphere. Long term career opportunity. Excellent income for high performing salespeople and managers.

Cons

A lot of physical work. Expect a 48 hour work week. Starting pay is low. Relocation may be necessary for some promotions.

Pros

Great people to work with. The owner is very generous when employees are in true need. I could never work for a company that cares as much for their people as the owners of 84 do.

Cons

Not a place for you if you don't like to work. It's not hard but it's work. You WILL be successful if you put forth the effort but that's up to the individual. Most people who don't like the company simply doesn't know what being a true entrepreneur is.
