Bonuses are nice, but pay raise on base pay wont happen.

Bonuses are cool if you are able to hit the sales goals.

Cons

Won't raise base pay, All extra money from bonuses that the govt taxes. Benefits just got more expensive and coverages are adequate at best. You'll work harder than your worth.

Great place to get experience. Willing to hire right out of school, or with minimal experience in field. Managers genuinely want you to do a good job and will help coach you to be your best.

Work life balance Outdated policies. “Good old boys” club.
