Pros

I have worked at store 1213, the Murfreesboro, TN location for going on 3 months now. I have had a fantastic experience and I couldn’t have asked for much more. All my coworkers are super funny and positive, my manager and area manager have been nothing but helpful and respectful, and they genuinely care about their employees.

Cons

It’s a LOT to take in, especially the first couple weeks. From learning the computer system to figuring out where everything is in the yard, it can be overwhelming at times. However, all of the staff are willing to help you learn how to do things correctly if you just ask. It can be a very physically demanding job, but if you don’t mind hard work it can be a very rewarding experience.
