Pros

I started with this company almost 22 years ago as a Manager Trainee. I came in after getting my bachelor's degree and not sure what I wanted to do with my career. I got a "temporary" job with 84 while I figured it out. I enjoyed what the company provided with advancement opportunities and the family atmosphere. The work is challenging, but rewarding. You can make a great living if you put the effort in.

Cons

If you are not willing to learn and work hard this will not be the company for you.

Like it. You have to know how to do the job though.

Cons

None, really. Everyone working for someone else knows it will never be perfect. Perfect isn’t the goal. Just, livable. It is a livable place. You could thrive, even.

Pros

Easy Job, learn something new everyday, OT, company match, profit share, if you’re willing to stick around long enough you can make a lot of money, most co workers are great and willing to teach

Cons

Long hours, understaffed, horrible pay, have to move to be promoted, constantly do other people’s jobs that get paid twice as much as you, little to no vacation, do not get fairly compensated for sales numbers, POS system is awful, can’t have a beard, false promises, college degree means nothing, no heat or ac, and you are forced to work saturdays
