-Company vehicle is provided for this position. -They offer health, life, dental, vision, long term- short term disability and matched 401k. -Monthly bonusses after a few months for this position. - Fuel is paid for.

Cons

-Underpaid for the amount of day to day expectations. -Insanely understaffed. For the areas you may be given in some areas. -Stacked full of policies that are enforced in the wrong manner. -Poor communication within multiple departments. -YOU pay for the majority of your benefits out of pocket. -Deductibles for benefits are awful. -Micro-management is the way of life at this company.

- Tremendous room for advancement - Sales company - a great year for the company is a great year for associates - Military friendly - Outstanding team - experienced management has full reign to build an exemplary team of individuals - Ground-up basis for training - fantastic for newcomers with no industry knowledge

Cons

- Shaving policy - Long hours - the job needs to get done - Compensation is aimed above ground level. The only way to move to the upper ranks is to progress through the management tree. Fantastical (almost unbelievable) earnings are achievable for those only with the grit (and luck) to make it happen
