It’s a pitiful job nobody wants.

Cons

Disrespected, fired while on approved leave for a fishing trip in the same state as employees. Refuses to hire blacks, regional manager tries to bully and humiliate you.

Great compensation for performance base work, lots of time off including vacation personal time off sick pay and vacation. No micromanaging.

Cons

Long hours, no beards. Insurance is costly

Our shift times are a bit longer than those of other fields, but our associates are properly compensated for their time. Bad hiring practices - hostile work environment

You get a regular paycheck.

Cons

The manager hired his drinking buddies to fill all the co-manager spots. Constant workplace harassment. No accountability. This is one of those companies where managers at each store kinda get to just do whatever they want.
